Not just one of the best food trucks around, but one of the best places to get quality food in town. Used to come to Trailhead for the vibe and good folks, now I come for the great food too. The smash burgers are crispy on the outside and perfectly greasy in the middle. The fries are expertly fried and crispy every single time. Mac n cheese has been griddled and served as a delicious, gooey and crispy omelet that you can top with whatever rotating protein or theme of the week (BBQ pork, shawarma chicken, etc). You won't be disappointed!

You will know from the first bite that what’s served up here has the freshest ingredients and is prepared in an expert manner. Another bonus is that the menu rotates periodically, and the menu is a fun mix of street food with different ethnic influences. El Gato Peligroso is an essential stop in South Knox it’s seriously great!!

So delicious! The burger looked small,but was super filling and much depth to the flavors. The sokno tacos were amazing especially with the house Gato hot sauce with a curry taste. Get it if you can!

Excellent food. I love the flavors on both the regulars and the specials. For gluten-free, we get burgers on a bed of fries. The service is consistent and the fries are delicious. It is so easy to sit outside with kids while they play. Perfect Friday might choice.

This quiet burger shack is, perhaps, one of the best kept secrets in Knoxville. Honestly, with my hours, I don't need any more competition with food selling out before I can get off work. I can tell you many things, but I'll be brief. The rotating menu is out of this world, but everything is consistently done to the same level of perfection. It can be transcontinental but there are always incredible smash burger and taco options, including vegetarian. The French fries are better than anything else you'll find in town, I can assure you. They're double fried and that really makes a difference. My wife and I eat here often, as we try to catch each of the weekly specials, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone else.
